l89 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the l89 platform ("l89", "we", "our") and any user ("member", "you"). 3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25x — meaning winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn only after placing bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

• l89 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5 VIP Membership and Cashback

5.1 VIP Tiers

The l89 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their net weekly losses. Rates by tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

5.3 Terms of VIP Benefits

VIP benefits apply only to active members. Extended inactivity may result in a change of VIP tier. l89 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits and will inform members in advance of any such changes.

6 Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fraud and Cheating

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in the account being closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits dishonestly.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

6.2 Misuse of Services

Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour toward other members or staff on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be closed without prior warning.
